I recently had a slab leak which is about the worst news you can get as far as plumbing problems. I first had a plumber out who misdiagnosed the problem and proposed cutting up the wall in what ended up being the wrong spot. I researched online and called Amazing Leak Detection. Terry was prompt and very courteous. He found the problem quickly and repaired it efficiently with no surprises or unexpected problems. The problem was fixed and for a very fair price. He was very consciensciouss about helping me get the work done well while not costing any more than it had to. This will be the first place I call for any other plumbing needs.

Joe found the spot of what was determined to be a slab leak after having been assured by another plumber that it wasn't a slab leak. Terry came out to inspect and told us the plan to repair. He and Caleb properly repaired the leak in the least invasive manner, with the least disruption to our house. The price was very reasonable. He explained every part of the process and some changes he had to make to adapt to the situation. I highly recommend this company. This is a small family owned business that is highly responsive to its customer.

I had a pool leak and called them to diagnose where it was leaking. Mike and Joe came out and found the spot within 10 minutes and gave me estimate to fix it. Terry and Kayleb came out 2 days later and fixed the cracked fitting in the suction line. All 4 of them were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. They explained everything clearly and their pricing was very fair. I honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. They are true professionals in every sense. Its no wonder they get such excellent reviews. I wish every business operated like theirs. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them.

Joe and Michael did an excellent job in providing a temporary fix to our pool leak last summer because the pool couldn't be drained due to the heat harming its plaster. They returned last week to do the permanent repair. As always, they were prompt and did another excellent job in completing the repair and getting our pool back to "normal". recently bought a house with a pool that was needing to be filled everyday. I suspected there was a leak with the skimmer so called these guys to help pinpoint where the water was coming from. he found the crack and hole in my skimmer and quoted me the cost to fix it. i asked if this was something i could diy expecting him to say no but he explained that i could do it myself and told me what materials id need. i did however hire them to do the repair also. woke up this morning and all the water is still there!

Joe and Mike were very thorough while doing the leak test on my pool and took a good amount of time explaining what the issues was. We just had our pool re-done (literally the entire pool) but I really wish I would have called these guys out prior to starting that process as they could have told me exactly what needed to be done in terms of sealing up the concrete part (the shell) of the pool. The guys came out and pinpointed two areas in my pool that were leaking. This would have otherwise been a 5 star review, but the estimate to repair the leaks was by far (astronomically) the highest bid that I received. Happy to have had them come out for the diagnosis though and would recommend again.

Amazing Leak Detection lives up to Its name! We had a pool Leak - not your standard cracks but a suction line leak. Thought our entire pool would need to be dug up. Stephen from Amazing Leak came out and pinpointed the leak in a very short time. Then a few weeks later he came back out to fix it. Great worker. Knowledgeable and friendly. Spent time answering my husbands questions. We were more than impressed!! Great work. Reasonable prices. I'd never use anyone else!!!!

We had a leak at the edge of our pool for six months. We had several people out, with multiple fixes. They did help, but did not fix the main leak, and some suggested a major repair to the pool. We called joe, and he came out and after a few tests quickly identified the problem. He came out the next day, fixed all the cracks, and leak was gone. He was very professional, and he fixed it at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

Steven came out and found my slab leak. I scheduled it to be rerouted an unexpected problem came up since house had been remodeled they stayed until 9 pm to finish so that we could have hot water. their prices are very reasonable and Steven and Joe were both polite and did not even get annoyed when my dog barked at them every time they had to keep coming back in. I definitely will use them again if I have more plumbing issues but hoping I don't need to.

I want to clarify that I have not bought their service yet, but when I called she asked me several questions and gave me several pointers on what to do next. Turns out we had to call our landscaper to look at our irrigation system but the fact that they saved me money and didn't try to rip me off says a lot about this company! What a wonderful company. They were prompt in arranging a time to come out and very honest, when they didn't find a problem. I had had a slow leak, causing my water bill to go up, but was related to an under the sink filtering system, which was fixed. Amazing Leak Detection investigated thoroughly and said it was fixed, charging only a trip fee. How wonderful to have honest people doing a wonderful job.

I can't say enough how pleased I was with their service!!! After they found the leak and gave an estimate I didn't feel pressured to hire them like many companies do. They were very friendly and informative. The price I felt was very reasonable for the work they did, doing everything they could so they wouldn't have to take out the cool decking. They also moved the piping making any future repairs in that location easier. And after they were finished you couldn't even tell they had been here. I would definitely hire them again for any future problems and recommend them to everyone I know!!!

I had a leak in my sprinkler system that my irrigation repair guy said was probably underneath my driveway. He told me to hire a leak detection service to make sure. I read the reviews on Yelp and decided to go with this company. They beat several competitors' prices. I am so impressed by the integrity of this company! I called to schedule an appointment and was able to speak with one of their technicians, Joe. I explained my present situation and Joe was incredibly professional and informative. He explained that he doesn't want me to spend my money having a leak assessment because in my situation it wouldn't do any good. He didn't stop there, he gave me a plan of action that didn't benefit him in the least. I have a home warranty which I pay extra for pool repair. Pool filler was running continuous so called warranty, requested referral. Paid 75$ for the pool repair guy to tell me he saw no problem with pool equipment to call a Leak Detection company. Looking on Internet found Amazing Leak Detection, read reviews called on Wednesday Joe came on Wednesday found the problems, one of which was pool equipment. Joe made major repairs in one day, and saved me money, I trust all the work he has done plus 2 year guarantee. I will not panic again if there is a problem like this I will call Amazing Leak Detection because they will fix it right and not over charge. Received our water bill last week and noticed a big jump in price. Turned water leveler to pool off and the next day pool water was down 4 inches. Called Amazing Leak on Monday and they were here yesterday morning. Joe and Kendrick were great! Pressure tested all water lines to pool and found all line had to proper pressure in them. Joe jumped in pool and started looking for cracks. Spent almost an hour in there and located 2 cracks. He put on a temporary water putty patch and referred us to Jim at Structural Integrity to fix the cracks. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received from Amazing Leak Detection. My wife and I can't say enough about Amazing Leak Detection. We were very skeptical of several companies that we had out to our home to detect a water main leak running out of both sides of our driveway and into the street. Fortunately, we felt confident from the start as soon as we talked to Terry and his wife from Amazing Leak Detection. They were very attentive, extremely helpful, and alleviated much of the stress that we had knowing we had a major repair on our hands. Terry was able to come out to our home immediately, and he and his team were able to find and repair the leak quickly and efficiently. To top it off, their price was much less than 3 other companies we received quotes from. Amazing Leak Detection is an extremely honest company that we would highly recommend to anyone with any type of leak. Don't be fooled by other "leak detection" companies; Amazing Leak Detection was the only one that actually came out and found the leak right away. The other leak detection companies took a look at the leak and then told us that they had to call "their guy", which means most of them don't do any actual leak detecting. We found that many companies advertise that they do leak detection, then end up contracting the leak detection out. This is a terrible practice when you are dealing with property damage and in a hurry to get the job done! We are very satisfied customers and will use Amazing Leak Detection any time the need arises. We can't say enough positive things about the work ethic of Joe and Kendrick at Amazing Leak Detection. We had three separate leaks in our pool/skimmer, which required them to come back out repeatedly. Each time we called, they promptly scheduled to return to our home and did not charge us beyond the initial one-time leak detection fee. They also provide a two-year warranty on the work they perform. The scheduling lady at Amazing Leak Detection is polite and calls you back right away, and Joe and Kendrick are always professional and committed to the work they do. It would make life a lot easier if every company had the ethics and sincere concern about their customers and pride in their job as this company has. If we (God forbid!) have another leak, we will definitely call Amazing Leak Detection. Likewise, if any of our friends need a recommendation, we will gladly refer them.

A plumbing leak is something nobody wants. Thanks to our regular plumber recommending Amazing Leak Detection, our leak was located and fixed quickly and fairly. Not an easy thing to do. Terry Pairett and Kristen used high tech equipment to pinpoint the exact location of the leak. Once found, they fixed it with the latest repair techniques, and with minimal damage. We were impressed with their consumate skill and also with their honesty and genuine concern for us and for our home. They are caring and ethical professionals who are really good at what they do. We highly recommend them to anyone with a "hard to find" water leak.

Just want to give kudos to Joe for the fine work on our pool at a fair price. Joe very quickly identified the location of the leak in our skimmer return pipe and dug underneath the pool deck to reach and fix it. This saved me $$ and a bigger mess than having to bust up the deck and do a re-pour. He used flexible pipe to replace the rigid pipe used by the pool builder, so I won't have to go thru this again. Joe also found that both the pool and spa light holes were leaking and repaired them for a great price. I will ALWAYS call ALD for any water leak issue, pool or otherwise.

I determined that I had a leak somewhere in the house but I had no sketches of the house plumbing. I selected Amazing Leak Detection (Terry) based on the BBB rating of A+ with no complaints. Using his equipment, Terry identified the leak by the toilet in the master bathroom but the location of the other end of the line (manifold) wasn't clear. I contracted with Terry to fix the leak. Point A of the leak was by the toilet as expected. He used his experience to search for the Point B manifold but it wasn't in the obvious places. The next option was to drill into the slab. The fill beneath the slab was loose rock instead of fill dirt, the pipe run was about 2 1/2 feet deep below the slab, and the pipe was apparently sleeved the entire run so the leak was somewhere along this sleeved run. Bottom line - we had to find the Point B manifold but it made no sense to dig up 8' of slab. We both decided that the manifold was probably below the Master shower controls. It was! Terry rerouted the line up/over the wall using Aqua-flex with a 25 year guarantee. The leak was fixed. Despite the odd pipe runs and code violations, Terry stayed with the job for three days - always staying positive. He minimized the cutouts for the job, the cuts were clean and he saved the drywall cutouts for later repair. It was a stressful three days for me, but I had confidence that Terry would fix the leak. I would recommend Terry to fix your leak.

I had a pool leak and called the builder thinking that he would be able to locate the issue. After a week of digging he claimed to have found the leak and assured he tested the other line. We filled the pool and it started leaking again. I called Terry and they came out identified the leaks (three of them) came back and repaired them in a day. We thought our cement decking was going to have to be torn up, however they cut a small hole in the concrete, fixed and re-cemented. Great job, very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Terry came to our house on Thursday, Dec. 5th as requested by us.Though we suspected the leaking pipe was around the pine tree close to the driveway,because it happened several years ago. But Terry insisted on checking all the necessary spots inside and outside to make sure there was no other leaking other than that area. We have a big house and a big yard. He spent more than one hour to decide that area might be the trouble. He is professional and courteous. Although my husband fixed it later on but don't forget that Terry's help was great. By the way, his wife Molina was nice too. I would ask for their help if some leaking happens again.

Joe did a great job of isolating my pool pipe leak and fixing it without digging up my entire patio. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. This started May 16, 2013. I had my sewage backup into the shower and on to the bathroom floor. It happened many times before the plumber could get the drains cleared out. Needless to say for a week or so my house reeked of sewage. I know it got up up in the walls and under the sink because the wood under the sink is now all rotten. It took no time at all. I just got out of the hospital with a stoma. Basically a open wound. Now there is some kind of bacteria all over the house. How do I get rid of it? My insurance will not cover this. I do have flood insurance. It is a mess. And I have physically been paying for this. I have found these white looking worms in the drains now, along with the floor and other weird looking creatures. People just tell me I am out of my mind but they are not living here. I have pictures. Any help would be great.

I would have Amazing Leak Detection come to your home. My wife and I had a leak somewhere in our pool/spa combo. Terry came out and met with my wife while I was at work. After investigating our spa he spoke with me over the phone and recommended a repair to our pool equipment and walked me through the process to do so. He advised us against any further evaluation until this repair was completed believing this was our issue (ultimately sparing us from further cost). Sure enough he was right! I replaced the valve, repeated the bucket test and the problem was resolved! Thank you!

My wife and I had a leak somewhere in our pool/spa combo. Terry came out and met with my wife while I was at work. After investigating our spa he spoke with me over the phone where he recommended a repair to the pool equipment and walked me through the process of doing so. He advised against the added cost of any further systems exam suspecting the valve repair would fix our issue. Sure enough he was right! I replaced the valve, repeated the bucket test and the problem was resolved! Thank you!

I was referred to Terry from my pool maintenance company. My pool guy said he was good and charged a reasonable fee (I agree). He arrived on time and promptly detected a crack beneath my cool deck around my pool with some very fancy equipment. He fixed this leak and performed a fantastic job. Days later, the problem of air bubbling into my pool was improved but not resolved. Terry came back to my home a week later and found a second, larger problem for no additional charge. My pool works great now with no bubbling. I worked in construction for over a decade and am now a veterinarian of 17 years. I can say Terry's work is incredible and his customer service is second to none. His persistence paid off and he treated me very fairly. I live in a 40 year old home and found that I have lived here for a decade with a major problem. Don't hesitate to call Terry out to your home. Ignoring a potential problem could lead to a disaster!

Folks, when you call the city to come out because you have a potential leak, the city representative that comes out, usually just checks the meter to see if its spinning, after seeing that it is, sometimes, they will go up and shut off the valve at the house to see if it stops the meter, if it doesn't, sometimes they will assume its a service line leak. Unfortunately, they could go one more simple step that often gets ignored, that's to shut off the irrigation valve as well. If you check these things yourself, you could save yourself some money. After a large increase in my water bill I was told by the city water department that I had a leak between the meter and the house. I called Amazing Leak Detection and Terry came out the following day. He was very professional and nice, thoroughly checking everything both inside the house and outside. He determined that there were no leaks, but instead found a problem with my drip system valve that was corrected on the spot. Not only did he provide great customer service, but he even gave me a discount off of the quoted price. I would recommend them to anyone - very honest.

Margaret, It is unfortunate that the city did not go that one extra step to shut off the irrigation to rule out the possibility of a leak there instead of just assuming it was the service line. unfortunately, you were the second customer that week that the city had told that to. But i was happy to give you the great news that you actually didn't have a service line leak. It gave me great pleasure to be able to tell you that you didn't actually have a leak, just a faulty irrigation valve. =)

Very impressed with the work they did for us! We knew we had a leak in the main line and called Terry for an estimate. He drove a long way to give us an estimate with no charge. We chose Terry because he was the most thorough at explaining what should be done, as well as the most cost effective! The day of the work, he called to let me know he was on the way, and explained that they were held up at the supply store and apologized for the delay. After the work was completed, he again explained what he did and showed me the materials used. He even repaired a sprinkler line leak! Very impressed and would highly recommend him to others! He rates an A++ in our books!

On Wednesday, July 11, 2012, after checking my water meter, I was worried about the extremely high amount of water my household was using and concerned about a possible water leak. I called Amazing Leak Detection and Terry promptly responded. After a thorough examination of the entire house, he could find no leaks but found that my pool was losing water around the skimmer. He quickly found the leak and fixed it on the spot. Terry was meticulous and thorough, left no mess and was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use and to recommend Amazing Leak Detection for any future work. Terry rates an A+ for his work ethics and leak detection skills.

After receiving a huge water bill, I called Terry upon the recommendation of my pool service guy. Terry and David were wonderful and personable. The leak was in my main line into the house. It was also noted that the water pressure was way too high. They installed a new line to the house and a pressure regulator. They also replaced the aged control valves to the house and sprinkler system. The job was done in two days and the yard doesn't show any evidence that they had to dig a ditch the length of the yard to replace the line. I am very happy with the work that was done and recommend them highly. An additional perk to hiring them is that both of them are veterans and deserve our support!! Thanks for a job well done.

I have had a bittersweet experience with Amazing Leak Detection. Terry and David came out to detect my swimming pool leak which was in the return line under the concrete cool deck. I went with the company because they were among the most affordable for detecting pool leaks. They came out, detected the leak, and offered a very reasonable price for repairing the leak as well. I decided to repair the leak myself, though. After cutting the concrete and digging, I did not find the leak. Terry came back out again and found the leak in another location about 6 feet over. Honestly, I was upset that I now had a big hole in the wrong place and another one to be made. Because I had been told that the first detection was “definitely” accurate at the time (but wasn't), Terry made things right by repairing the actual leak without any additional charge. If you want someone who’s real, honest, and fair, go with Terry and Amazing Leak Detection!

I would highly recommend Terry, owner of Amazing Leak Detection, to anyone with a hidden water leak. He came to my home as was able to pinpoint the leak under the concrete slab/cool deck in just a few minutes using specialized sound detection equipment. He gave me a price range for the repair depending on what he found once he dug the hole. The price seemed very fair and he was able to do the repair the next day. He was very through and explained everything he was doing during the repair was finished in just a few hours. He showed to me damaged pipe that was causing the problem and his price was the lowest of the price range in his estimate which I appreciated. He left the area clean and could not have been nicer to deal with. Thank you Terry!

My name is Silvia, We just want to thank Terry from Amazing leak detection. We had two other companies out the 1st one couldn't find the leak at all. The 2nd one wanted to punch thru my new floor and make alot of drywall cuts. So we heard from a friend that Terry was who we should call that he had competitive price matching , And in most cases can reroute the pipes with minimal mess and makes sure you understand all your options. So I called him and he came out made sure there were no other leaks offered us a couple different options. We went with a reroute.He used wirsbo piping and made sure he cleaned up his mess oh and the GREAT thing was he DIDNT make a whole lot of drywall cuts, DIDNT go thru my new flooring, And it was a good price. We will recommend Terry from Amazing Leak Detection to all are friends and family !! Terry is reliable, And he comes out himself he don't send a trainee out like most other companies .
